Book Review by Maiden Meghan

Feminine by Design by Scott T. Brown
A Book Review
In today's self-focused society, it is hard to find good, encouraging books that turn young ladies eyes away from themselves and onto striving to be a Godly young lady, daughter and sister. There is a wide variety of books and devotionals for Christian young ladies today but it has proved challenging for me to find the really good books that dive into scripture to show God's desire and plan for females. One such book my family has been privileged and blessed to find is Feminine by Design, written by Mr. Scott T. Brown.
Scott T. Brown touches on these twelve very important facets of a Biblical woman:
An Image Bearer
A Woman, Not a Man
A Disciple
A Member of the Church
A Demonstration of Unfading Beauty
A Helpmeet
A Trustful and Submissive Wife
A Keeper at Home
A Domestic Entrepreneur
A Fruitful Bearer of Children
A Teacher of the Next Generation
A Godly Mentor
This wonderful book is a must-read for all Christian young ladies who desire to follow the Lord's Biblical pattern for their lives. In my opinion, it is not a hard read in the least, nor is it lengthy. Scott T. Brown touches on all these facets of a female's Biblical role and before saying anything about what he believes, he states the scripture and then supports the scripture. This book is truly a God-send for young ladies who live in the world, but desire to not be of the world.

I'm sorry this took me so long to complete! I'll try and write more soon. :) ~Maiden Meghan~
