Since my other friends are introducing themselves, I felt I had better too.
My name is Laura Hines and I am 25 years of age. I am currently single and maintaining a relationship with Christ!:) I am a missionary to my family, and friends who have not the true knowlege of Christ!
I love Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream,blueberry muffins, caesar salads and Jane Austen Movies, Lord of the Rings and Narnia, Nativity Story,with BBC's North and South, on the side!I live at home with my parents and five siblings remaining at home. I have my Dad's parents living with us, and I live in the house with them, next to our house! I have two married sisters, and one nephew who was born July 9th,2007. I have many dreams but my main one is: being a mother, homemaker, wife, and teacher. I want to instill in my family, the will of the Lord, and have them make their choices in life, only that I have planted a seed!
But in the meantime, I am pursuing a course in fashion, and photography,both of them at home. My dream is to provide modest clothing for the christian populas, and show them that this is the right way to dress, to please the Lord. To become the authority on fashion, and it's ups and downs! I love to design and sew! I mostly want to do wedding dresses!:) But other fashions like skirts, blouses, costumes, etc. is also in the agenda!
Photography is also a passion! I love to take pictures of beautiful scenery. I just recently photographed my sister's wedding, and it was great!
Also in my spare time, I am learning French, Webdesigning, taking voice lessons because I can sing really good, and studying scriptures, and spending time, encouraging friends and family!
I want to thank the girls that have joined, for their support, and their willingness to take time out of their own busy schedules to write what we feel is important for a christian girl/maiden needs to know, to be a great worker in the kingdom of God!
We will provide insights, lifestories we learned from these traits,book reviews from books that have helped us, links, etc. to go with the articles. We hope you will be benefited from this blog, and may God bless you unfathomably!

What a wonderful introduction Laura! We definitely have a lot in common! I did Fashion Design for my last 2 years of school before university, and I absolutely love photography! I also hope to one day be a biblical wife, mother, homemaker, and teacher to my family. I so look forward to getting to know you more and writing on this blog with you :)
P.S. I think it is so wonderful that you want to use your clothing designing & making skilss to make modest wear! What a fantastic aspiration! I really want to get back into designing and sewing - I miss it a lot!
